Welcome to the 1323 5th Street Project website. The proposed project is a 100% affordable 5-story multi-family residential project consisting of 35 residential units. This project provides the off-site affordable housing required for the following projects: 1318 Lincoln Boulevard, 1325 6th Street, and 1338 5th Street. Notice of Virtual Community Meeting
Thursday, April 30, 2026 - 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM
You are invited to attend a virtual Community Meeting to review two proposed multifamily residential projects in your neighborhood: 1323 5th Street and 1338 5th Street. The projects are proposed as Administrative Approval - Housing Projects, pursuant to SMMC 9.39.020 (A)(1). Both projects will be presented at a single meeting. You are welcome to join us for both. The projects will be presented sequentially at the following times:
